Node K. Kludze
As a Medicaid Specialist, Node K. Kludze helps seniors and their families navigate the Medicaid application process and obtain eligibility.
Node has served the residents of New Jersey for ten years. She draws from her experience working for the State of New Jersey and serving the legal interests of senior citizens adjudicated incapacitated by the courts. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Rutgers University and received her Juris Doctor from Thomas M. Cooley Law School.
She is dedicated to offering professional and personal attention to clients during a stressful time in their lives.
John is an integral part of the Estate Planning process. John guides and supports our clients from start to finish and afterwards. He is always available to answer a question, explain a process or help a client as best he can. John’s goal is not to just meet the needs of the client but to exceed their expectations.
John also assists the attorneys at the firm as a paralegal, assisting with the drafting of documents, researching matters and working with the local County Clerk and Surrogate’s offices.
Prior to joining Van Dyck Law, John spent years in the software industry focusing on customer success, quality assurance and project management. He is a lifelong New Jersey resident, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from The College of New Jersey (formerly Trenton State College).

Sheli’s 21-year experience in the senior care industry has led her on a journey to help hundreds of families through her extensive experience in Assisted Living, Hospice, Home Care, Skilled Nursing and Senior Living Placement. She educates families and help them sort through the confusion when it is time for them to make some very important decisions for those who are planning ahead or those who are in mid-crisis.
Her compassionate, client-centric approach allows her to personally get to know her clients so she can help guide options for the family caregivers or the isolated senior. Sheli is a Certified Dementia Practitioner, a Certified Alzheimer's Disease and Dementia Care Trainer and a Montessori Dementia Care Professional and facilitates support groups and educational programs for caregivers and continuing education for professionals through the firm. Sheli can assist families who are struggling to manage the expressions of their loved one suffering from dementia on a one to one basis and is a bereavement facilitator who can lend grief support in time of need.
Sheli is also the founder of Caring Connections of New Jersey and Pennsylvania in 2011 and has a network of over 500 qualified healthcare professionals and a Speaker’s Bureau available to seniors and their families. Sheli provides comprehensive education to the seniors and the professionals who care for them.
Prior to joining VanDyck, Cara spent over ten years in customer service and more recently as a client liaison in high end Manhattan real estate. It’s these experiences that allow her to connect with our clients and hone in on their needs. Her compassionate personality and quick thinking are what make her an asset to our team. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in European Studies from Rutgers University.
Ryan works with clients to provide legal counsel on every facet of estate and trust planning. His detail-oriented approach gives clients a clear understanding of each choice they make in planning for the future. Ryan believes that asking the right questions is as important as knowing the right answers. He works to build openness and clear communication to find the most efficient path to clients' short- and long-term goals.
Ryan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a minor in Spanish from University of Chicago and received his Juris Doctor from William & Mary Law School. Ryan is fluent in Spanish.
Prior to joining Van Dyck Law, Ryan worked at a law firm representing employees in anti-discrimination and civil rights lawsuits, as well as proceedings before the Department of Labor.
