Christina DesGroseilliers earned her juris doctor from Delaware Law School at Widener University in 2018. During her time in law school, Ms. DesGroseilliers served as the networking chair for the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, was an active member in the First Generation Law Society, and was a Student Ambassador for Delaware Law School.
Before joining the team at Van Dyck Law, Christina worked for a Delaware estate planning law firm from 2014-2018 focusing on estate planning, estate administration, and Medicaid planning. She also served as a law clerk to the Honorable James J. McGann, J.S.C., a Monmouth County Superior Court Judge.
Ms. DesGroseilliers earned her undergraduate degree in English and Professional Writing from the University of Delaware in 2015.
Christina is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New Jersey.
Node K. Kludze
As a Medicaid Specialist, Node K. Kludze helps seniors and their families navigate the Medicaid application process and obtain eligibility.
Node has served the residents of New Jersey for ten years. She draws from her experience working for the State of New Jersey and serving the legal interests of senior citizens adjudicated incapacitated by the courts. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Rutgers University and received her Juris Doctor from Thomas M. Cooley Law School.
She is dedicated to offering professional and personal attention to clients during a stressful time in their lives.
John is an integral part of the Estate Planning process. John guides and supports our clients from start to finish and afterwards. He is always available to answer a question, explain a process or help a client as best he can. John’s goal is not to just meet the needs of the client but to exceed their expectations.
John also assists the attorneys at the firm as a paralegal, assisting with the drafting of documents, researching matters and working with the local County Clerk and Surrogate’s offices.
Prior to joining Van Dyck Law, John spent years in the software industry focusing on customer success, quality assurance and project management. He is a lifelong New Jersey resident, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from The College of New Jersey (formerly Trenton State College).

Sheli’s 20 year experience in the senior care industry has lead her on a journey to help hundreds of families through her extensive experience in Assisted Living, Hospice, Home Care, Skilled Nursing and Senior Living Placement. She will educate families and help them sort through the confusion when it’s time for them to make some very important decisions for those who are planning ahead or those who are in mid-crisis.
Her compassionate client-centric approach allows her to personally get to know her clients so she can put together the best options for the family caregivers or the isolated senior. Sheli is a Certified Dementia Practitioner and can assist families who are struggling to manage the behaviors of their loved one suffering from dementia.
Sheli is also the founder of Caring Connections of New Jersey and Pennsylvania in 2011 and has a network of over 500 qualified healthcare professionals and a Speaker’s Bureau available to seniors and their families. Sheli provides comprehensive education to the seniors and the professionals who care for them.
Susan is the first person you will meet and speak to at the office. Her friendly, welcoming, caring demeanor will immediately allay any fears that our office is stuffy and aloof. She aims to make our clients feel comfortable and is personally satisfied when she helps them accomplish their requests. Susan has extensive experience as an Executive Secretary in various companies, including the Corporate Headquarters of Brooks Brothers on Madison Avenue in Manhattan, and the Legal Department of Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Inc. Through her personal experience with her parents and mother-in-law, she knows first-hand what is involved when it comes to handling Long Term Care and Medicaid for a loved one.
Susan has two children, a son in New Jersey and a daughter in Portland, Oregon.
