Allen provides clients with the highest level of legal expertise in the fields of estate planning and estate administration. With a legal career spanning 53 years, Allen demonstrates great passion for the law and serves clients best interests with a well-planned, highly responsive and individualized approach.
Allen graduated Magna Cum Laude from Princeton University and earned his law degree from the University of Virginia Law School. After serving for one year as a judicial clerk in the Federal District Court in Trenton with the Hon. Arthur S. Lane, Allen was hired by Attorney William Miller. He continued to practice law with Miller, Porter and Muller for many years and retired as Senior Partner before joining the Van Dyck Law Firm.
His community involvement includes serving on the Boards of Friends of the Princeton Public Library, the Princeton Library Foundation, the Funeral Consumer Alliance of Princeton and the Jewish Community Foundation of Greater Mercer. Allen is Counsel to the Princeton Area Community Foundation, having served as a Board Member and Treasurer for many years.
Allen and his wife Rhona are longtime residents of Princeton and have two adult daughters and one grandson.
Ryan works with clients to provide legal counsel on every facet of estate and trust planning. His detail-oriented approach gives clients a clear understanding of each choice they make in planning for the future. Ryan believes that asking the right questions is as important as knowing the right answers. He works to build openness and clear communication to find the most efficient path to clients' short- and long-term goals.
Ryan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a minor in Spanish from University of Chicago and received his Juris Doctor from William & Mary Law School. Ryan is fluent in Spanish.
Prior to joining Van Dyck Law, Ryan worked at a law firm representing employees in anti-discrimination and civil rights lawsuits, as well as proceedings before the Department of Labor.
Node K. Kludze
As a Medicaid Specialist, Node K. Kludze helps seniors and their families navigate the Medicaid application process and obtain eligibility.
Node has served the residents of New Jersey for ten years. She draws from her experience working for the State of New Jersey and serving the legal interests of senior citizens adjudicated incapacitated by the courts. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Rutgers University and received her Juris Doctor from Thomas M. Cooley Law School.
She is dedicated to offering professional and personal attention to clients during a stressful time in their lives.
John is an integral part of the Estate Planning process. John guides and supports our clients from start to finish and afterwards. He is always available to answer a question, explain a process or help a client as best he can. John’s goal is not to just meet the needs of the client but to exceed their expectations.
John also assists the attorneys at the firm as a paralegal, assisting with the drafting of documents, researching matters and working with the local County Clerk and Surrogate’s offices.
Prior to joining Van Dyck Law, John spent years in the software industry focusing on customer success, quality assurance and project management. He is a lifelong New Jersey resident, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from The College of New Jersey (formerly Trenton State College).
Sheli’s 22-year experience in the senior care industry has led her on a journey to help hundreds of families through her extensive experience in Assisted Living, Hospice, Home Care, Skilled Nursing and Senior Living Placement.
Sheli is a Certified Dementia Practitioner, a Certified Alzheimer's Disease and Dementia Care Trainer and a Montessori Dementia Care Professional and facilitates support groups and educational programs for caregivers, continuing education programs for professionals and facilitates the Certified Dementia Practitioner Class for professionals and community through the firm.
Sheli is also the founder of Caring Connections of New Jersey and Pennsylvania in 2011 and has a network of over 500 qualified healthcare professionals and a Speaker’s Bureau available to seniors and their families. Sheli provides comprehensive education to the seniors and the professionals who care for them.
Prior to joining VanDyck, Cara spent over ten years in customer service and more recently as a client liaison in high end Manhattan real estate. It’s these experiences that allow her to connect with our clients and hone in on their needs. Her compassionate personality and quick thinking are what make her an asset to our team. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in European Studies from Rutgers University.

Leslie brings more than a decade of experience in the Assisted Living industry along with over 20 years in marketing and promotions for major media outlets and newswire services.
Her outreach and her ability to present care options and establish trust with families and individuals drives her core passion and values of serving the needs of seniors. Leslie is a capable and effective advocate for seniors with the ability to work with service providers, agencies and families to provide for the needs of clients with the highest level of dignity and respect.
Much of Leslie’s passion for working with seniors comes from her family legacy which started in San Francisco where her late Uncle fought for tenants facing eviction, establishing meal programs and social services to help them to age in place with dignity. Leslie’s work is centered on keeping that legacy alive.
Renee focuses on providing quality service and support to our clients. Her expertise stems from many years of estate planning and estate administration experience as a legal assistant.
Prior to joining the Van Dyck Law Firm Renee spent 10 years working directly with Allen D. Porter, Senior Partner with the Miller, Porter and Muller firm located in the heart of Princeton.
