Fiona Van Dyck
Estate Planning and Elder Law Attorney
Licensed in: NJ, PA, and NY
Fiona strives to offer clients exceptional legal representation and allay any fears they may have in hiring an attorney. She works one-on-one with her clients to provide adept legal services that are responsive, competent, and effective, taking the time to get to know each client and understand their personal situation and the goals they endeavor to achieve. The potential solutions in each case are so immense yet Fiona takes pride in ensuring she meets the individual needs and concerns of all our clients by personalizing the meetings and documents.
Fiona has been chosen by the New Jersey Attorney General’s office to instruct their attorneys on the topics of Estate Planning, Estate Administration and Elder Law as part of their continuing legal education program and frequently presents seminars concerning estate planning and elder law including Medicaid and VA Aid and Attendance benefits.
She has a Juris Doctorate from Rutgers University School of Law and a Master of Laws from The University of London. Fiona is an accredited Veterans Administration attorney and a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorney, WealthCounsel and ElderCounsel. Fiona is a Certified Dementia Practitioner and a Certified Alzheimer Disease and Dementia Care Trainer.
When she is not in the office, Fiona is an avid runner and volunteers her time with noteworthy community organizations. Fiona is a former member of the Board of Trustees of the Princeton Senior Resource Center-a local non-profit organization dedicated to bettering the lives of seniors in the community.
Shelli Monacchio
Education Coordinator: Van Dyck Law Group
Sheli is a Certified Dementia Practitioner, a Certified Alzheimer’s Disease and Dementia Care Trainer and a Montessori Dementia Care Professional. She facilitates educational programs for caregivers, continuing education programs for professionals and facilitates the Certified Dementia Practitioner Class for professionals and community through the firm. Sheli is also a Home Safety Assessment Consultant and an Aids of Daily Living Specialist. She has been facilitating caregiver, dementia, and grief support groups throughout NJ since 2005.
Sheli currently splits her time between her full-time position as Vice President of Business Development at Angelion Mobility and part-time position as Education Coordinator at Van Dyck Law Group. Sheli is also the founder of Caring Connections of New Jersey and Pennsylvania in 2011 and has a network of over 500 qualified healthcare professionals and a Speaker’s Bureau available to seniors and their families. Sheli provides comprehensive education to the seniors and the professionals who care for them.
Danielle Micale
Alzheimer’s Advocate/ Keynote Speaker
Danielle is a licensed and certified geriatric professional, case manager, educator and consultant that has traveled both nationally and internationally providing training and continuing education programs to consumers, health care professionals and families/caregivers. She specializes in issues related to aging including but not limited to, Alzheimer’s/dementia care, behavioral health, long- term care, assisted living, therapeutic recreation, and overall healthcare administration. Danielle serves as an Alzheimer’s Advocate and is a top individual fundraiser supporting the fight against Alzheimer’s disease.
Danielle is the president and CEO of Family Tree Care & Consultation, LLC. She serves as a director for The East Brunswick Department on Aging in New Jersey. Danielle is currently competing to be the next Mrs. United States Beauty Pageant where she hopes to bring more awareness to her platform of Alzheimer’s Awareness.
