Amanjit Heir

Amanjit concentrates his practice in Estate & Trust Planning, Estate & Trust Administration, Elder Law and Medicaid Planning.  He has been practicing law since 2013 and believes in providing personable, holistic, and thorough counsel to his clients. 

Amanjit is licensed to practice law in New Jersey and New York.  He is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association and has been an active member of the Probate Committee in both Mercer and Burlington counties.  He has served as Court Appointed Counsel, Guardian, and Administrator in Estate and Guardianship matters in Burlington County in addition to having estate litigation experience.

Amanjit received his law degree from Pace University School of Law in White Plains, New York where he was a member of the International Law Review and interned with an Estate Planning Law firm.  Amanjit completed his undergraduate degree in Business Management at Hofstra University located in Hempstead, New York. 

Outside of his legal practice, Amanjit enjoys spending time with friends and family, meeting new people, staying active, traveling, and is an avid sports fan.
