Payton Honeyblue
Payton Honeyblue is an associate attorney at Van Dyck Law Group, where she focuses her practice on estate planning, elder law, asset protection, and life care planning.
Ms. Honeyblue is admitted to practice in New Jersey and the District of Columbia. Prior to joining the firm, her experience focused on managing a high-volume caseload, advising clients on estate planning strategies, drafting comprehensive estate documents, and guiding families through Medicaid planning and eligibility.
Ms. Honeyblue earned her Juris Doctor from Temple University Beasley School of Law, where she was a member of the Rubin Public Interest Law Honor Society. She also holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Pepperdine Caruso School of Law’s Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution and a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University’s Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service.
Her background includes experience in immigration law, legislative policy, and public interest advocacy, which informs her thoughtful and compassionate approach to serving clients.
