Stephen Stringer

Stephen Stringer is an attorney licensed to practice law in New Jersey, New York, and Connecticut. He earned his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law and is committed to helping individuals and families plan for the future with confidence and peace of mind.

Stephen’s practice focuses on estate planning, elder law, Medicaid planning, long-term care planning, and estate administration. He works closely with clients to develop thoughtful, personalized estate plans that protect their loved ones, preserve their assets, and reflect their unique goals and values. Whether preparing wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance healthcare directives or helping families navigate Medicaid eligibility and long-term care planning, Stephen provides practical guidance and compassionate counsel through every stage of the planning process.

As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, Stephen appreciates that every family is unique and is committed to helping individuals, couples, and families create estate plans that reflect their relationships, values, and long-term goals. He strives to provide an inclusive, welcoming environment where every client feels heard, respected, and supported.

Stephen also has experience representing clients in residential and commercial real estate transactions, land use matters, condominium and homeowners’ association law, and real estate development.

Outside the office, Stephen enjoys spending time with his dog and is an avid equestrian. As an equestrian, he understands the unique planning needs of horse owners and enjoys helping clients protect not only their loved ones and assets but also the animals that are an important part of their lives.
